In this role, you will be the critical first point of contact during emergencies, ensuring swift communication between callers and first responders. Key Responsibilities: Answer and process emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and professionally. Assess situations to determine appropriate response and dispatch emergency services accordingly. Maintain accurate records of all communications and ensure proper data entry in dispatch systems.
