The Account Manager, SMB, Supplier Sales is responsible for nurturing and expanding a portfolio of small to medium-sized business advertiser accounts. This position demands a strong grasp of digital marketing, a knack for building client relationships, and a focus on driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and goal-driven professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Responsibilities: Customer Retention: Retain a large book of business by successfully renewing expiring contracts. Analyze client performance data to demonstrate value and identify areas for improvement. Proactively identify at-risk accounts and develop strategic plans to educate and recommend improved solutions to customers. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive engagement. Revenue Generation: Identify and proactively pitch upsell opportunities (e.g., new products, services, increased spend) to existing clients. Partner closely with Solutions Engineers to develop and present compelling proposals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced English level. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or account management; sales experience a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
