Field Sales Representative – Delivery Partner Program Location: Brooklyn, NY (Travel across Queens, Brooklyn & Bronx) Compensation: Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Representative to support the growth of a new delivery partner program across New York City. In this role, you will engage directly with local businesses, build relationships, and drive program adoption within your assigned territory. This is a highly visible, community-focused role that offers uncapped commission potential and strong earning opportunities.

Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door outreach to prospective businesses across Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx Present and pitch the delivery partner program to generate interest and applications Qualify potential partners and guide them through the application process Manage pipeline activity and track progress using Salesforce Support the Field Manager in planning and executing local recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings Collaborate with local organizations, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations Import and manage Excel data within Salesforce on a weekly basis Qualifications 1–2+ years of field sales experience Experience with account management or client-facing roles Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean is preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Targeted commission earnings of $25,000+ annually on top of base salary $75 bonus for every application submitted $150 bonus for each partner launched within four weeks $50 monthly phone reimbursement Mileage reimbursement at $0.725 per mile Collaborative team environment based in Brooklyn Why Join This is an opportunity to join a growing initiative focused on supporting local businesses and expanding community partnerships. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Brooklyn, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
