Willow is looking for a Amazon Marketplace Manager to join our sales team. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will lead and grow, own and optimize both brands' product presence across Amazon in the U.S. and Canada, developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that drives performance across sales, content, advertising, and operations. This highly cross-functional role blends strategic vision with operational excellence to deliver measurable results in a dynamic eCommerce environment. Roles and Responsibilities | What you will do:

  • Own the Amazon P&L and financial forecast. Establish and meet annual sales and profitability targets in partnership with VP of Sales.
  • Responsible for executing the comprehensive Amazon channel strategy (1P/3P) across both US and Canada
  • Report on Amazon performance against KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis, providing clear insights and analysis of key business drivers.
  • Own the merchandising and event calendar on Amazon, coordinating closely with the Seller/Vendor Manager on promotional opportunities. Build and manage promotional campaigns including Coupons, Deals, Lightning Deals, to maximize brand presence during key promotional traffic.
  • Manage advertising budgets to optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and overall channel profitability.
  • Serve as the primary daily contact for the Amazon 1P team as well as agency partners. Provide clear priorities, manage weekly calls, and report on performance both operationally and advertising KPIs

About you | Who you are:

  • Proven success in managing large-scale Amazon business, with the ability to both strategize and execute
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s advertising platforms, algorithms, and best practices, coupled with a hands-on approach to managing the tools
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions and optimize performance, while also managing day-to-day operations. Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to be able to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Experience | What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Amazon vendor and seller central tools
  • Deep expertise in listing set up and optimization, A+ content, Amazon policies and appeal processes, and Amazon promotional and advertising vehicles
  • Proven mastery of Amazon P&L management and budgeting for sizable spends
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills to analyze performance and derive conclusions and actionable insights
  • Experience marketing premium and/or technical product preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred
