Analyst I – Telework Hybrid
California Correctional Health Care Services is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Analyst I to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento. This entry-level position contributes to the modernization of DMV services through data analytics, process improvement, and AI-related project support.
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise digital transformation initiatives
- Contribute to the modernization of DMV services through data analytics, process improvement, and AI-related project support
- Help execute digital projects under the supervision of Digital Services leadership
- Evaluate service performance data and assist in designing improved customer-focused digital workflows

- Contributes to the modernization of DMV services through data analytics, process improvement, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) related project support
- Under the supervision of Digital Services leadership, helps execute digital projects
- Evaluates service performance data
- Assists in designing improved customer-focused digital workflows
- Must reside in the State of California
- Background Investigation clearance required prior to hire
- Must be eligible for appointment (e.g., must take and pass examination)
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
- Must submit all items listed under Required Application Documents by the Final Filing Date
- Possession of the Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment
- Proficiency with data analysis tools
- Familiarity with basic AI concepts and process mapping
- Strong Excel and SQL skills
- Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple assignments
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
