Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Application Programmer to support a Louisiana State Government project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining enterprise applications while ensuring data integrity, system availability, and adherence to enterprise development standards. This role requires prior experience working on state government projects or public sector environments .
Responsibilities
- Design, code, compile, test, debug, modify, and document new or existing application programs following established standards and procedures.
- Identify, research, troubleshoot, and resolve program, machine, system software, and data-related issues.
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to resolve application problems.
- Review programming work to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and application availability.
- Analyze system enhancements, changes, and design modifications for performance and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience with:
- SQL Server and data integrity solutions
- CRM systems, intake portals, and automated reporting
- .NET Full Stack Development
- ASP.NET frameworks
- Enterprise coding best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging experience.
- Experience working in enterprise application environments.
- Prior experience working on State Government projects or Public Sector environments is required.
