The individual will manage scheduling appointments, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain consistent communication with clients and partners. Additionally, they will support sales efforts by coordinating client needs, ensuring a seamless experience, and handling any operational tasks related to scheduling or business coordination.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and maintaining organized schedules
  • Strong Customer Service skills with professional Phone Etiquette
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Sales and client relationship management
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a professional setting
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and CRM software is a plus
