Area Sales OfficerArea Sales OfficerPiramal Pharma Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Area Sales Officer to manage and grow sales within a designated territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and market share growth. Job Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned area.
- Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Promote and sell Piramal Pharma's product portfolio effectively to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Manage product distribution, stock levels, and order fulfillment within the territory.
- Organize and execute promotional activities, product launches, and continuous medical education (CME) programs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams on customer needs and market opportunities.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
