Retrieve medical records: The primary responsibility of the Associate Medical Record Retrieval Specialist will be to retrieve medical records from various healthcare facilities and providers. Organize and maintain records: The candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining medical records in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring that they are easily accessible for healthcare professionals. Communicate with healthcare providers: The candidate will be responsible for communicating with healthcare providers to request and obtain necessary medical records for patients. Maintain confidentiality: The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive medical information. Provide exceptional customer service: The candidate will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers, responding promptly and professionally to any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with team members: The candidate will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective record retrieval and organization. Meet deadlines: The candidate will be responsible for meeting deadlines and ensuring that all medical records are obtained and organized within the specified time frame. Attention to detail: The candidate must have a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of all medical records. Troubleshoot issues: The candidate must be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the record retrieval process and work towards finding a solution.
