Job Summary As an Associate Resource Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting multiple groups with contingent workforce-related responsibilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in facilitating contractor recruiting, vendor collaboration, and management of on-boarding and off-boarding processes for new hires. You will work closely with a resource manager to understand contingent workforce needs, identify and hire top talent, and ensure a seamless on-boarding experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support multiple groups with contingent workforce-related responsibilities, including contractor recruiting, vendor collaboration, and management of on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Facilitate the recruitment of contingent resources using various methods, such as mining our freelance candidate database, seeking internal referrals, sourcing on LinkedIn, and working with outside staffing vendors.
  • Ensure a positive, streamlined on-boarding experience for new hires, including activities such as badge and building access, seat location, first-day buddy set-up, and accounts access.
  • Track and maintain accurate records, including a database of freelance candidates, job descriptions, benchmark rates, and freelancer tenure.
  • Partner with the resource manager to create key status reports, providing insights into the aging of searches and average time to fill.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to oversee an exceptional candidate hiring and on-boarding experience.

  • Creative Process: Some knowledge of the creative process, particularly in areas such as design, conceptual advertising, and video production.
  • Customer Service: A customer-service oriented approach, with a focus on providing exceptional support to people and teams.
  • Presentation and Reporting: Appreciation for the aesthetic in presentations and reporting work, with the ability to create visually appealing and informative reports.
