Provide technical support to customers using Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes solution. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Kubernetes environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems. Communicate effectively with customers to gather information and understand their needs. Analyze customer environments and provide recommendations for improvement. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our support system. Stay updated on the latest developments and updates related to Kubernetes and Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management. Continuously learn and develop skills to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies. Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating technical articles and guides. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve customer support processes. Work closely with product development teams to provide customer feedback and suggest improvements. Proactively identify and escalate potential issues and trends to senior engineers. Provide on-call support for urgent customer issues as needed. Follow established support procedures and maintain service level agreements.
