This team helps simplify the way people work. They focus on building smart, reliable automation solutions that make everyday tasks faster, easier, and more consistent — all powered through ServiceNow and Activate. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience, learn from experienced engineers, and contribute to real-world automation projects. What you'll be doing:

  • Design, build, and test ServiceNow catalogue items
  • Develop and support automation workflows
  • Document solutions and processes clearly
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver user-friendly, self-service solutions
  • Continuously improve automation to enhance user experience and reduce manual effort

What we're looking for: Education (preferred):

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (nice to have)

Preferable technical skills:

  • ServiceNow
  • Entra ID & Active Directory
  • Exchange Online
  • Workflow design
  • JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS

Soft skills:

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Self-driven with a proactive mindset
  • Curious, eager to learn, and solution-focused
