We are currently searching for a Backend Engineer (Golang) to join our team. The challenges for this role involve building a new version of an existing internal payment service that supports a high-traffic project. This is a greenfield project with no legacy code or outdated decisions, offering a fresh start from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Build a new version of an existing internal payment service.
- Take ownership of features from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
- Think from a business perspective, solving business needs rather than just technical tasks.
- Independently understand context, explain technical decisions, and guide implementation.
- Quickly and effectively enhance service functionality with Go expertise.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Golang.
- Ability to take a feature from idea to production with monitoring.
- Responsibility for own results without passing them on.
- Business-oriented thinking, solving business needs.
- Ability to understand context independently and explain technical solutions.
- Experience with architecture as a practical application, not just theory.
