California Licensed Pharmacist (PIC Designate) for Expanding Multi-State Sterile Pharmacy
🌴 Greenstone Pharmacy: Expanding Into California! Greenstone Pharmacy is an expanding multi-state sterile compounding pharmacy preparing for California licensure and future operations. As part of our continued national expansion, we are seeking a California-licensed pharmacist to serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) during the California licensing and pre-operational phase. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing healthcare organization at an early stage of California expansion while working alongside an experienced multi-state pharmacy operations and compliance team. About the Role:
- Initial Commitment: Very limited part-time administrative oversight role during California licensing and pre-operational setup
- Estimated Time Requirement: Typically less than 1 hour per week during the initial phase
- Compensation: Paid Monthly - compliance oversight retainer under a 24-month agreement
- No Travel Required
- No Active California Dispensing Operations Yet
- Support Structure: Greenstone Pharmacy already operates in multiple states and has an experienced internal licensing and compliance team that prepares Board documentation, operational policies, and regulatory responses. The California PIC’s role during this phase is primarily to review, provide professional oversight, and approve/sign where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as designated California PIC during licensing and pre-operational phase
- Review and approve licensing-related submissions as needed
- Participate in occasional compliance or Board-related discussions
- Provide pharmacist oversight and guidance during California onboarding process
Future Opportunity: As California operations launch and expand, this role may transition into a larger operational leadership opportunity with increased compensation and responsibilities. Ideal Candidate:
- Active unrestricted California Pharmacist License
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior PIC, sterile compounding, or multi-state pharmacy experience preferred
- Professional, responsive, and compliance-oriented mindset
