Call Center Representative
Red Rocks Credit Union is dedicated to enriching lives through their banking services. They are seeking a Call Center Representative to serve as a financial guide, assist members with their inquiries, and ensure high standards of service in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a financial guide, helping members solve problems and achieve their financial goals
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and online communications with professionalism and care
- Process transactions, verify member identity, and provide accurate account information
- Open deposit accounts and refer members for loan products
- Resolve complaints and disputes according to policies
- Maintain call center standards (hold times, handle times, service levels)
- Build personalized member relationships through active listening and expert guidance
- Assist with remote requests such as wire transfers, account closures, and service tasks
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills
