Qualifications

High School Diploma required. MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills. Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills. Excellent multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment. Preferred experience in medical reception but not required Previous history with and working knowledge of insurance benefits, administrative duties, customer service and office experience a plus. Bi-Lingual In Spanish and English required
