ResponsibilitiesProvide timely responses to customer inquiries via chat to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively while demonstrating a strong understanding of company products and services.Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and overall service quality.Assist in training new team members on chat support protocols and best practices.Identify recurring customer issues and collaborate with management to develop proactive solutions.Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.RequirementsExcellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.Ability to manage multiple chats and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.Flexibility to work various shifts.
