Chief Business Development Officer (iGaming / B2B Game Provider)
PEOPLE HUNT is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing licensed B2B iGaming game provider specializing in high-quality gaming solutions for online casinos. The company develops innovative casino content focused on strong player engagement, short betting cycles, high retention, and increased LTV performance for operators. With a growing portfolio of premium games and a strong product vision, the company partners with operators and aggregators across global markets to deliver scalable commercial success. We are looking for an experienced and highly autonomous Chief Business Development Officer with proven expertise in the iGaming industry, specifically within B2B game providers or content suppliers. This is a strategic role for a commercially driven professional who understands how to grow partnerships, increase GGR, and build long-term relationships with top-tier operators and aggregators across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets.
Responsibilities
Develop and expand partnerships with online casino operators and aggregators Drive GGR growth and commercial performance across the partner network Manage the full business development cycle from outreach to signed agreements and launch Ensure successful partner onboarding, game integration, launch quality, and game visibility Promote and scale new products across existing and new markets Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally with product, integration, certification, and account management teams Requirements 3+ years of experience in iGaming 2+ years of experience specifically within a B2B game provider / content provider environment Strong understanding of the full provider integration lifecycle: commercial negotiations, certification, integration, launch process, and game positioning Proven track record of signing and scaling operator partnerships Excellent negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills Ability to work independently with high ownership and minimal supervision Experience communicating with both operational teams and C-level stakeholders Strong network within the iGaming industry is a significant advantage Deep understanding of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 iGaming markets and regional specifics English - C1+ level Russian - professional working proficiency What Is Offered Opportunity to join a rapidly growing international iGaming company High-impact role with strong influence on business growth Dynamic and entrepreneurial environment Competitive compensation package Remote-friendly international team
