They are seeking a social-first Creative who will develop concepts for brands, direct creators, and collaborate with the Motion Design team to produce engaging social content.

Responsibilities

Concept & Direct Develop "social-first" concepts for brands like Pepsi, L’Oreal, Google, and Warner Bros The Bridge Act as the creative glue between our Strategists, Client Managers, and Motion Designers Direct Creators Brief and direct our external Creator Community to ensure they deliver authentic, high-quality UGC Trend-Jack Keep your finger on the pulse of platform shifts (TikTok, Reels, Snap) to ensure our clients are always ahead of the curve Pitch & Present Confidently share your creative vision with major enterprise clients Skills 18 months (plus) - or equivalent experience - working within the creative industry or within social content production Social Native You don't just 'use' social; you understand the nuances of TikTok, Meta, and Snap like a pro Portfolio A showcase of work that proves you know how to tell engaging social first stories in vertical video Creative Visionary You can dream up a concept for a beauty brand one hour and a gaming brand the next Communication Comfortable leading client calls and presenting your ideas with conviction Briefing Skills Experience briefing UGC creators, Editors, and/or motion designers Technical Literacy You don't need to be an editor, but you know your way around the Adobe Suite and understand the video production workflow AI Enthusiast You're already experimenting with AI tools to speed up ideation or production Benefits Private Healthcare To keep you feeling your best.
