Key Responsibilities:

* Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, or chat to careerzynith customers, ensuring that every interaction is positive, efficient, and effective.

  • Assist members with insurance coverage questions, prescription refills, billing concerns, and account inquiries, providing clear and concise information to resolve their issues.
  • Navigate careerzynith systems to locate account information, process updates, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring that customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, using this information to improve our services and better meet customer needs.
  • Follow company policies and privacy regulations, ensuring HIPAA compliance at all times, and maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex cases when needed, working together to find solutions and provide exceptional service.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction, continually striving to improve our services and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (some college or healthcare-related coursework preferred).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email, online forms, and data entry, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced remote environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, with a healthcare or pharmacy background being a plus.
  • Must have a quiet home office, reliable high-speed internet, and the ability to work independently, with minimal distractions and interruptions.
