Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the careerzynith team. This role is the front line of our client experience, ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy, accuracy, and speed. The position begins with a comprehensive two‑week, paid, in‑office training program in Plantation, Florida, after which you will transition to a fully remote work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly, providing courteous and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up‑to‑date client records in our secure CRM system.
  • Navigate a fast‑paced environment while adhering to service level agreements and quality standards.
  • Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and, when appropriate, escalate complex cases to senior team members.
