Customer Service Representative - Chat and Email Support Role

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via chat and email.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone in all interactions.

Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex issues.

Meet daily and weekly performance metrics (response time, satisfaction scores, etc.).

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and systems.

Proactively identify patterns in customer issues and report trends.

Excellent written communication skills in English.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and live chat tools.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Patience and professionalism when handling customer interactions.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web-based platforms.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat/email support role is desirable.

Flexible shifts available (including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts).

Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts (if required).
