Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Apple Creek convenience store team.   • Collaborate closely with fellow team members, supporting one another to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
  • Assist with inventory counts, receive deliveries, and verify product quality upon receipt.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and suggest product alternatives that meet their needs.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols, including proper handling of perishable items and hazardous materials.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and store promotions to stay current on product knowledge and company initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Store Management, such as setting up seasonal displays or supporting community events.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Standing for approximately 90% of the shift.
  • Lifting and moving items up to 40 lb regularly while stocking shelves, coolers, and back‑room inventory.
  • Reaching overhead to access high‑placed merchandise (e.g., cigarette racks, storage shelves).
  • Bending, squatting, and side‑to‑side movements throughout the day.
  • Pushing and pulling equipment such as brooms, mops, carts, and dollies.
  • Working in a climate‑controlled retail environment with occasional exposure to outdoor temperatures during deliveries.

Essential Qualifications

  • Outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help the public and create positive experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
