The Role
As a Customer Support Associate, Nights & Weekends, you will be the first point of contact for our users, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Troubleshooting technical issues, using your analytical skills to identify and resolve complex problems

Requirements
