Requirements
Previous experience in customer support or a related field Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism Proficient in using customer support software and tools Ability to work independently in a remote setting High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Educational Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor s degree preferred but not mandatory
