Job Description
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to ticketing, customer information, and operational logistics. You will work closely with various departments to ensure data integrity and support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
Input and update customer and operational data in our internal databases. Verify accuracy and completeness of data before entry. Respond to queries regarding data discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes. Generate reports based on data analysis and provide insights to management. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Assist in training new team members on data entry procedures and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in data entry or a related field. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data management software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer. Educational Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate s or Bachelor s degree in a related field preferred.
