Digital Content Intern
RFG Advisory is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Digital Content Intern to support content production across our growing platform. You'll work hands-on with visual templates, digital assets, and brand materials, playing a direct role in the StrongHer Money program, our initiative empowering women on their financial journeys. If you love turning ideas into polished visuals and want real-world experience in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment, this one's for you. Location: This role can be in our Birmingham office or remote. If in Birmingham, AL, our office works a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote). If remote, occasional travel to Birmingham will be required including onboarding. Hours: 15-20 hours per week Reports to: Senior Director of StrongHer Money
What You'll Do
Visual Content Production Populate existing templates with updated text, images, and branding Perform light design edits to maintain consistency across materials Develop simple, effective visuals that support brand messaging Multi-Platform Content Support Create assets across program modules, downloadable resources, presentations, webinars, and marketing materials Ensure content is delivered accurately and on time StrongHer Money Initiative Contribute to the StrongHer Money program by helping produce resources, tools, and educational content designed to empower women in their financial lives
Requirements
Experience Prior experience creating or editing digital content, even in an academic or personal project context Portfolio or work samples required at time of application Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and commitment to design consistency Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive, self-directed work style with a bias toward execution Interest in digital media, content creation, and visual storytelling Technology & Tools Proficiency in Canva, including template-based workflows preferred Comfort working across digital content formats and platforms Education Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field Core Competencies null Company RFG Advisory is a platform for growth-minded Independent Advisors who want to scale without compromise.
