Director of NEMT Partnerships (Remote, US Only)
About Wingz Wingz is a rideshare platform focused on Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT). Our network of compassionate, credentialed drivers helps vulnerable populations gain access to the care they need. About The Role We are seeking a strategic, high-impact Director of NEMT Partnerships to lead the next phase of Wingz’s growth. In this role, you will own and expand relationships with NEMT brokers while helping open new channels with healthcare facilities, health plans, and state programs. You will play a key role in shaping how Wingz expands nationally, helping define our go-to-market approach and building the partnerships that power our long-term growth.
What You'll Do
- Broker Growth & Expansion: Own and grow strategic relationships with NEMT broker partners, increasing trip volume and expanding Wingz’s footprint in existing and new markets.
- New Channel Development: Lead outreach and business development efforts with healthcare facilities, health plans, and state Medicaid programs.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, prioritize, and pursue partnership opportunities that align with Wingz’s expansion strategy and long-term vision.
- Market Leadership: Represent Wingz in the market at conferences, industry events, and in-person meetings with prospective and existing partners.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Leadership to ensure successful launches, strong partner performance, and continuous improvement.
- Growth Strategy Execution: Help refine Wingz’s partnership strategy by bringing market insights, partner feedback, and industry knowledge back into the business.
What You'll Need
- 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.
- Existing relationships with NEMT brokers and/or healthcare organizations.
- Strong experience in NEMT.
- Track record of building and growing strategic partnerships that drive measurable business results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Comfort with frequent travel.

- Experience working with health plans, Medicaid programs, or state-level government stakeholders.
- Experience helping build or scale a partnerships function in a high-growth company.
