Our Dispatchers are responsible for scheduling and dispatching HVAC Service Technicians, to customers homes/businesses. Experience working with ServiceTitan software and industry knowledge is extremely helpful, but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus! This is a night shift position, and we are seeking someone to work the night shift until 10:00pm. We are hiring for both part time and full-time positions working from home, Monday-Friday. Responsibilities

What Will I Do? Update service appointment time frames for customers Reschedule service appointments Update Service Managers when issues arise Schedule & dispatch Technicians to customer homes Audits and reports as needed Route calls using best practices Administrative duties as requested Communicate effectively with all Technicians, Managers, and department heads Update Call Center Team with job availability

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications/Requirements Minimum 3 years of HVAC dispatch/scheduling experience required Knowledge of the Phoenix, Metropolitan area for best routing practices Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook Mail Maintain positive outlook even in stressful situations Attention to detail Strong phone presence Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Deliver world class customer service Be self-motivated Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
