Responsibilities

As a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries regarding orders, delivery times, and service-related questions, demonstrating a deep understanding of our services and the food delivery industry.
  • Effectively resolving customer complaints and providing timely solutions, showcasing your problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process, leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Staying informed about services offered and updates in the food delivery industry to provide knowledgeable support, staying ahead of the curve and delivering exceptional results.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the food delivery or hospitality sector, showcasing your understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
