You will play a key part in shaping early learning experiences that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through creative and evidence-based approaches. Your expertise will guide the creation of resources that can be delivered effectively in a remote setting. As an Early Childhood Development Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and applying the latest theories and best practices in early childhood education to create comprehensive lesson plans, activity guides, and interactive content. A deep understanding of child development milestones and the ability to translate educational concepts into practical, fun, and meaningful learning opportunities are essential. You will also contribute to the development of assessment tools and strategies to monitor children's progress and inform instructional adjustments.
