Now Hiring: Email Developer Location: Remote in Latin America (Mexico, Central and South America) and Europe. 🧑💻 What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS email templates for marketing campaigns
- Set up and manage email workflows, automations, and sequences in HubSpot and/or Mailchimp
- Collaborate with marketing teams to bring campaign briefs to life — fast and on-brand
- Test emails across clients and devices to ensure flawless rendering every time
- Continuously optimize templates for deliverability, engagement, and conversion
🧑🚀 About You:
- You take ownership — you don't wait to be told what's broken, you fix it
- You're detail-obsessed and know that one misplaced tag can break an entire campaign
- You're comfortable working async with global teams and managing your own deadlines
- You care about the results your emails drive, not just how they look
🧠 Must-have skills:
- Solid HTML/CSS with hands-on experience coding emails from scratch
- Proficiency in HubSpot and/or Mailchimp — workflows, automations, lists, and reporting
- Understanding of email deliverability best practices
- Experience testing across email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.)
✨ Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or other ESPs
- Basic understanding of segmentation and A/B testing
- Experience working with design files in Figma to translate visuals into code
