Your Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and providing exceptional support in both English and Spanish. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer interactions with a focus on satisfaction and resolution
- Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions
- Delivering on commitments, maintaining a positive interaction, and resolving customer issues within 24 hours
- Utilizing online systems, knowledge bases, and PC navigation to satisfy customer concerns
- Asking probing questions to identify customer needs and providing proper solutions
- Working in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive interaction for the customer
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (C2 proficiency)
- Ability to ask probing questions and resolve problems efficiently
- Intermediate proficiency with PC navigation and online systems
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and maintain a positive interaction for the customer
- Experience in a call center industry (preferred)
- Flexibility with schedules and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, overnights, holidays, or extra shifts
