Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Clerical Support Staff to join our team in Lexington, KY. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. Responsibilities and Duties

As a Clerical Support Staff, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Maintaining the organization of client files and login information
  • Responding to out-of-office messages and date-stamping mail
  • Entering data into Excel spreadsheets and organizing paperwork
  • Filing documents and matching checks to bills
  • Sending email reminders and updating distribution lists
  • Scanning documents into the computer and using multiple monitors
  • Communicating with staff, clients, and maintaining a positive image
  • Performing data entry tasks for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in QuickBooks Online and Desktop

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months of experience as a Bookkeeper Assistant or Office Assistant
  • Strong bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience (a plus)
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable and Payables (a plus)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and testing
