Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Clerical Support Staff to join our team in Lexington, KY. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. Responsibilities and Duties
As a Clerical Support Staff, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
- Maintaining the organization of client files and login information
- Responding to out-of-office messages and date-stamping mail
- Entering data into Excel spreadsheets and organizing paperwork
- Filing documents and matching checks to bills
- Sending email reminders and updating distribution lists
- Scanning documents into the computer and using multiple monitors
- Communicating with staff, clients, and maintaining a positive image
- Performing data entry tasks for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in QuickBooks Online and Desktop
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months of experience as a Bookkeeper Assistant or Office Assistant
- Strong bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience (a plus)
- Experience with Accounts Receivable and Payables (a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and testing
