Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent with careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintaining positive patient relations and ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous
• Learning and understanding ETM software operation and billing and account operations
• Answering and documenting all telephone inquiries, researching and resolving problems with patients' bills
• Updating patients' insurance coverage as needed, printing courtesy claims and itemized statements, and rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information
• Arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
• Performing other duties and assignments as requested

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Agent with careerzynith, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment
• Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• Experience in retail and restaurant service
• Familiarity with customer service software and systems
