Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer and driver calls, handling chats, and fulfilling their requests in a timely and professional manner
- Updating customers on their order status and managing their expectations to ensure a smooth experience
- Monitoring fulfillment and helping customers find a vehicle if they've been waiting for a while
- Managing corporate users and their requests, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently
- Resolving user conflicts and performance issues related to drivers, providing a fair and empathetic approach to every situation
- Motivating your peers and being a role model to others, fostering a positive and supportive team environment
- Working a rotating shift schedule, including evenings and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of F.5 or HKDSE graduation or above
- 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Assertive communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player and responsible attitude
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Basic knowledge of mobile and web technologies
- Proficient in Chinese and English typing
