Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service & Operations Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Following up with customers via email and phone to resolve issues and provide updates on order status
  • Collaborating with the fulfillment team to resolve order-related issues and requests
  • Reviewing and resolving tickets in the order management system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Creating an open and accessible environment for communication, fostering a positive customer experience
  • Managing multiple tasks and priorities, working with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our workflows

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent listening and communication skills, with a focus on written presentation

  • Extremely detail-oriented, with a strong ability to multitask and minimize errors
  • Ability to respond to 8+ emails per hour, with a goal to increase over time
  • Ability to handle 6+ concurrent chats, with a focus on providing timely and accurate responses
  • Comfortable working with a sense of urgency, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing workflows
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing outstanding follow-up and resolution
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a resolution-based approach to customer issues
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, recognizing when to communicate with management or the team for support

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience using Zendesk for B2C email/chat and Salesforce Order Management

  • Experience working in an order management system with ticketing capacity
  • Experience managing live chat with customers
  • Background in a call center environment or e-comm customer service team
  • Experience working in a high-volume capacity
  • Familiarity with Google Docs and data entry (logging issues across systems and teams)
  • Ability to follow multiple stepped processes
