Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Relationship Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound telephone calls, resolving insurance-related inquiries, concerns, and questions
• Promoting digital self-service capabilities to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

• A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced complex environment while navigating multiple programs
