Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to participate in our National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments. As a Customer Service Representative Agent – Work From Home Part-Time Focus Group Panelists, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $750 per week working from home, while also contributing to the development of new products and services that shape the future of our industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, for each panel
- Use products and/or services provided, and be prepared to discuss them prior to meetings
- Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Provide honest and constructive feedback on products and services
Essential Qualifications
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience as a customer service representative agent (not required, but a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think critically and provide insightful feedback
- Familiarity with market research and focus group studies
