Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative and Office Administrative Support Professional, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. In addition to customer service, you'll also provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, email management, and other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, email management, and other tasks as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including customer information and sales data
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote work environment, with a proven track record of success

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping, including accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
