Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Call Center (Remote), you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone (inbound and outbound), email, and chat, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to analyze customer needs, providing creative solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.
