Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots
- Checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of our loyalty customers, assisting customers at our exit gates or checking-in our cars at return
- Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work all shifts
- Typing, sitting, standing, walking, or moving throughout the rental lot and entering/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
- Driving a variety of vehicles as required

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
- Effective verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- A willingness to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- The ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
