What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, who are some of the most discerning and fashion-conscious individuals in the world. Your role will involve:

  • Answering incoming communications: You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conducting research: You'll use your problem-solving skills to research and provide answers to our clients' questions, ensuring that they receive the best possible support.
  • Making recommendations: You may be required to make recommendations to our clients, helping them to find the perfect products or services to meet their needs.

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A passion for high fashion brands and haute couture: You'll need to have a genuine appreciation for luxury fashion and be able to communicate this to our clients.
  • 1 year or more of customer service experience: You'll need to have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience: You'll need to have a solid educational foundation or equivalent work experience to succeed in this role.
  • Problem-solving skills: You'll need to be able to recognize and solve mid-to-high level customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Computer experience: You'll need to be comfortable using computers and other technology to perform your job duties.
  • High-speed internet: You'll need to have a reliable high-speed internet connection to perform your job duties.
  • A headset: You'll need to have a USB wired headset to communicate with our clients.
