Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to passengers via phone, email, or live chat. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to passenger inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, providing accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules, delays, baggage, and travel requirements.

• Assist customers with booking, modifying, or canceling flights, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
• Handle special requests such as seat upgrades, wheelchair assistance, and unaccompanied minor services, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner, maintaining a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications:
