Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Representing careerzynith: Serve as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.
  • Building meaningful connections: Interact with customers via inbound calls, building strong relationships and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing stellar customer service: Assist customers with their needs, providing solutions and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handling various call types: Manage a range of call types and customer situations, which will be covered during paid training.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum of six months of customer service experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service.
  • Age requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Education: Must have a GED or high school diploma.
  • Authorization to work: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we welcome candidates with:

  • Previous experience in a similar role: Additional experience in customer service or a related field can be beneficial in this role.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
