Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class service to our customers, stores, and associates. You'll be the face of careerzynith, handling high volumes of incoming calls, chats, and emails with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle high volumes of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates

• Utilize multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
• Communicate professionally in a conversational manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Exceed customer expectations by providing personalized solutions and support
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and processes
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
• Successful completion of mandatory training
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
