Key Responsibilities

As a TikTok Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive user satisfaction and loyalty. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media, providing timely and accurate solutions to their questions and concerns.
  • Troubleshooting user issues, including account access, content violations, or app functionality problems, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Educating users on TikTok features, policies, and best practices, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience on the platform.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided, using data to inform and improve our support processes.
  • Delivering a positive customer experience while meeting performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Previous experience in customer service, social media management, or tech support is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially TikTok, with a strong understanding of its features and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.), with the ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline.
