Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers
- Working with leading technologies and systems to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries, analyze payment history/notes, and communicate statuses to customers
- Work with leading technologies and systems to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals

- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
