Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service/Office Administrator at careerzynith, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to improve processes and services

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Bilingual (English and another language)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at a similar organization

  • Knowledge of the industry and its trends and developments
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
