What you'll be doing
As a Customer Solutions Design Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to technical discussions within the team, leading others towards a better understanding and encouraging a dialogue to improve design principles
- Promoting careerzynith solutions and understanding customers' needs to relevant solutions
- Continually challenging yourself, questioning current processes, and managing changes to work efficiently
- Providing a deep technical knowledge in a simple manner to our customers
- Managing risks associated with designs and driving technology direction
Skills You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll require:
- In-depth experience with Cisco ACI
- In-depth experience with Cisco SD-WAN
- Routing & Switching expertise
- Cisco LAN/WAN knowledge
- CCNA/CCNP qualification
